We're seeking a high-performing Client Development Associate to drive early-stage client engagement and build strong pipeline for our Microsoft-focused consulting and implementation services.

Expectations

  • Drive top-of-funnel pipeline for our consulting and implementation services, helping clients take their first steps toward becoming a Frontier Organization—future-ready, secure, and AI-empowered
  • Focus on services related to:
    • Microsoft Copilot + AI adoption
    • Microsoft Security (including Purview, Entra, Defender, and compliance readiness)
    • Microsoft Cloud Endpoint Management (Windows 365, Microsoft Intune)
  • Identify and engage IT decision-makers across Microsoft’s SME&C segment—spanning small, medium enterprises, and corporate accounts, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft’s partner-led sales motion.
  • Run tailored, outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, and social.
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives and/or Architects.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to refine messaging and territory focus.
  • Track outreach activities and results in CRM for reporting and continuous optimization. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of SDR or BDR experience in the tech, cloud, or security space.
  • A proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs, especially in pipeline creation and qualified meetings booked.
  • Clear, persuasive communicator—both written and verbal.
  • Able to tailor messaging to technical and business audiences.
  • Naturally curious, self-motivated, and outcomes-driven.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies is a plus (e.g., Microsoft 365, Copilot, Azure, Defender, Purview).
While these qualifications are preferred, we welcome candidates who demonstrate a strong drive to succeed and the ability to learn quickly.
